Apeejay School was established in 1975 to cater educational needs of children in the southern part of the Metropolis, Delhi. The school has been growing in strength and achievements in all directions of educational endeavor from academics to sports, music and dance to computers. It has more than 25 branches all over the India.

Apeejay School wanted to manage time-attendance of more than 6,000 employees at 25 locations over pan India. Initially, they were using traditional methods for attendance marking. As a result, they were facing many problems in maintaining records for the same. Hence, they required an efficient system for maintaining and recording accurate attendance data of staff members. They needed biometric hardware solution that could be integrated with their existing software solution. They wanted a biometric terminal that would mark in-time and out-time of staff members. Along with that the school administration wanted to integrate the new system with their existing cloud based time-attendance system and third party payroll system.

After having a detailed discussion with Apeejay team, Matrix offered a comprehensive Time-Attendance solution for staff members. Matrix installed 125 fingerprint plus RFID based terminals COSEC VEGA FAX at 25 locations over pan India. All the devices are integrated with third party cloud based time-attendance system. HR/Admin could track attendance of all employees and generate different reports for timely salary payment.
