The first mode allows users to effortlessly present their smart card, which stores their AADHAAR number, followed by fingerprint verification—ensuring a hassle-free process in under 1.5 seconds. As an alternative, the system also supports the traditional method of typing the AADHAAR number on the device, followed by fingerprint authentication. Matrix AEBAS solution ensures a seamless and secure authentication process by leveraging advanced technology and streamlined communication channels. When users provide their Aadhaar number and fingerprint, the device initiates an authentication request to the AEBAS server. The AEBAS server then communicates with the UIDAI Server, cross-referencing its extensive database.

Upon verification, the UIDAI Server sends a prompt response back to the AEBAS server. Finally, this response is relayed to the time-attendance terminal – COSEC VEGA FAXQ, which shows the user’s attendance punch. With the report generation feature on the AEBAS server, detailed attendance reports can be effortlessly generated for efficient record-keeping and analysis.
