He has an educational background of MSc focused in Electronics & Telecommunication.
CTO & Head Products
Devanand, VP Technology & Product, has nearly 28 years of overall work experience, with almost a decade being in Matrix. His expertise lies in professional broadcasting, satellite communications, product strategy, test marketing, conceptualization, product positioning, and more. His areas of interest include market research and product design, along with being passionate about designing new products. Devanand actively participates and contributes in national and international product standardization committees, conferences and meetings. He also holds expertise in identifying, negotiating, finalizing terms, bringing onboard and collaborating with technology partners. Devanand is a process oriented and an employee who hones the quality of ownership to the letter. He is a computer professional with graduation in Computer Applications from MKU, Madurai.
VP – Domestic Sales
Pankaj is an experienced professional with a demonstrated history of 21+ Years of Experience in National and International Sales. He finds his strong foot in Marketing, Consumer internet services, Telecom and Enterprises. With his business expertise in Business Development, Strategic Alliance,Business Analytics and Project Management, he forsees and offeres fair, transparent, and consistent business Eco System. Pertaining to best Global practises in Pre-Sales, Sales and Customer Experience.
CEO & MD
Ganesh is an enthusiastic Computer Science graduate from the MS University, Vadodara. Before Matrix, Ganesh worked as a Design Engineer (Embedded Systems) for about 4 years with two companies in Vadodara. Eager to learn professional business management, he also went to IIM Ahmedabad for a 4-month residential management education program.
He is a first-generation entrepreneur and manages Matrix Comsec as its CEO and MD.
Ganesh’s hobbies include running and tennis.
International Sales Manager
Dhruval Vyas is a hardcore Sales and Business Development enthusiast. With over 20 years of illustrious experience, he has filled in various roles as a Business Development Manager, Regional Manager, National Sales Manager, and CEO.
As International sales head, he is responsible for driving business growth in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the APAC region.
Chief Commercial Officer
Dhirendra is a person with technical acumen and financial expertise spanning nearly two decades in the Telecom Industry!
He has completed his technical qualification from Faculty of Technology – M.S. University, Baroda in the year 1987. Dhirendra has acquired his productive work experience in the Information Technology Department of ONGC.
Being one of the founders of Matrix, he spearheads the Operations of the Manufacturing Unit related to Production, Purchase and Quality Control activities of the concern, devotedly involving himself in each & every aspect of Manufacturing & Service.
Director
Prakash has been a business improvement consultant for over two decades, and prior to that held leadership roles in the Electronics and Automotive industries. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and a Diploma in Business Management. With three decades of work experience with BOSCH, Samtel Color, Federal-Mogul and JCT electronics. Prakash is a certified Motorola Six Sigma Blackbelt and his consulting assignments have involved the application of these techniques to business challenges. He was a founding member and vice-president of Gujarat Electronics & Software Industry Association.
On the other hand, he is very fond of sports, and was part of the Gujarat team in the 2019 Senior Nationals Table Tennis tournament!
Director
Samaresh Parida is a Senior Management professional with a proven track record of over 35 years in finance, strategy, operations and business reengineering in different sectors. He has diverse experience in India and key global markets – specifically the US, Asia, Latin America and Europe. Currently, he runs his management consultancy firm, SP Growth Consulting out of Mumbai. In his last corporate role, he was the Director for Strategy with Vodafone India Ltd. Prior to that, he worked with PepsiCo for about two decades out of which for almost a decade he was based in the Headquarters in the US. Samaresh is a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
Finance Head
Pradipto leads the Finance team of Matrix, currently. With an Education background of Chartered Accountancy, he brings in 11+ Years of experience! With an aim to ensure revenue growth & statutary compliance, Pradipto’s expertise lies in ensuring control and optimizing cost.
HR Head
Ashish has been pivotal in shaping career of multiple people, his approach towards detailing roles/responsibilities. He looks after the hiring and managing resources with clear articulation of growth. With a degree that is focused on HRM, he has been driving the employee engagement programs effortlessly!
Ashish is credited with enhancing the human resource functions by effectively planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, leading to increased functionality of the department, on many levels.
Whole-Time Director & VP Engineering
Sumer brings in an extensive experience of 25 years in Product Engineering and Product Management. He is an Electronics & Communication Engineer from M.S. University. He holds an MBA degree focused in Marketing from IGNOU, New Delhi.
With his expertise in Product Engineering, Technology & Products, he loves exploring new aspects of Engineering Management, Product Management, People Management, Quality, Systems & Processes on a day-to-day basis!
And, this trait, in particular, inspires him to provide customers with state-of-the-art Products and Solutions.
Manufacturing Head
Jayesh is an experienced professional with an expertise of 27+ Years of Manufacturing Operations.
With this extensive experienced in the same field, he owns and takes care of the Manufacturing Plant in Vadodara.With a goal to provide latest technology and services to the customer.
